hi all hilton fans , hi shirley> sry for the delay becoz we just came back from our ourdoor ps in bali, the shoots in bali was fun but not the hotel, it was horrible. BTW i have confirmed with june that if on the food tasting day i do not have time to confirm the favour and the theme, i can arrange with her on another day to tie up the confirmation. When we are with june on the 18 july 09, june told me that the tags are available but if i want to choose the grape card holder, i need to topup $1 for it. If the tags are not available then the glass grape card holder will be the next alternative. My food tasting will be on the 14 aug 09, so take my time to confirm the food but the theme and the songs i have confirmed with june and just pass to her the cd only for the songs.

for us we confirm all at one shot...

including theme, favours, guestbook, etc etc...

then subsequently ard Oct, we will meet rachel again to confirm the songs, take the floor plan for seating arrangements planning...

according to my plan, it should be on track

Hi Bubblesss > perks should be the normal ones I guess. Since mine is a luncheon in Vista, plus we use their invitation & favors, we din get any extra perks I would say. Guess it's the standard for all the couples?

Had 1 nite stay in suite, 1 barrel of beer & complimentary 1 bottle of wine per table (that's all I can think of now). We're having our Holy Matrimony before the luncheon, Rachel allows us to use the room with set up for free.

Overall I'm quite satisfied with them so far

Any other perks that you're all having?

You know something, I got two presents from Bali : one is a sunburn back because my gown is bareback and the other is diarrhea after the second day

I regret did not take any shots using my camera on the first day because that day we have a sunset photo shoot and it was very nice as you can see in the photo which was taken on the second day.
Hi shirley > i am pleased to informed you that June did a great job. My hubby told her thru email that his mother is on vegetarian diet on the food tasting day due to eye operation and could not take any food on that day. So she will be arranging a five course vegetarian meal for her on that day. We were indeed please.

Hi shirley > we are holding dinner in vista room on the 22 nov 09 and an hour and a half before dinner, we hold our solemisation in the function room with setup . Our total guest is 230 and she agreed to give us 80% of the invitation card about 185 pieces. We will hold another discussion with Pansy after the food tasting on the 14 Aug 09 before we closed the confirmation .

we have 75% cards... but i guess we need to increase depending on freegoer's requirements... just need to inform the cards vendor in advance

actually i wanted to have the cheesecake but need top up $$ so we did not proceed

but nonetheless, we have the standard FOC cheesecake & so can "ta-bao" and eat

songs wise, standard is first & 2nd march-in, first dish intro

u can also look for songs for cake cutting & champagne pouring

for us, hilton selection is quite OK as most of the songs, we already heard before at other weddings so not much of an issue
