Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I'm taking the grand ballroom. I Actually took up the package a few months ago. Hilton hotel is famous and centrally located. Everything is good to me. Their executive suite is very big, I love it!

Hi Xjy, no worries! I have just graduated! The Hilton banquet side did an excellent job! Service is really thumbs up! Our banquet manager is Laurence, he really did a very good job in every way! Our catering manager, June is really responsive to all our requests and came back with positive replies! If you have any requests, just ask!
The only issue with Hilton is their car park, half of my guests couldn't get to park as there was another wedding at the same timing. They have to park elsewhere and thus, late for our event. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

@purplehydrangea, i will be going to my bridal shop @ jb quite frequent in these few month. So most likely will print in JB if its cheaper than sg. Dont think the vendor will have the infor ;P

Any feedback from graduated hilton panaroma room brides would be greatly appreciated..I am still not sure if this hotel is good for their wedding or prices.

Hi jjoy, they are having wedding show this sunday and the perks that they are giving for this show is quite attractive. That's what they give me when i asked for more perks last year.
jjoy, my wedding on this oct. Im taking 15 tables at vista room. Mayb u should register for their wedding show this sunday. go down to see the theme, wedding favours & talk to the coordinator. The package price & priviledge that they are offering (which i saw online) is better than mine.

I had mine earlier this year.
It was a wonderful experience. June was my coordinator, she's very experienced, hands on and responsible. Any requests made to her will be responded to promptly.
The captain in charged of my dinner was a lady. She was also very wonderful and took great lengths to look after us, from our pre banquet meeting to our actual day. Service was excellent.
As for the dinner, the food was awesome. We received great reviews of the food from our guests. Last dish was served around 10pm and we were in the room by 1045 (we had less than 20 tables though).
Post dinner was also wonderful, the staff sent our portion of the wedding banquet to our room along with our blown up photographs (they were very heavy and we totally forgot about retrieving them from the foyer >.<)
The stay at Hilton the next day was also wonderful and we enjoyed the use of the facilities at the executive lounge.
Hope you will have a pleasant experience like we did.
They will be holding a wedding showcase on 11 Oct and you may definitely enjoy more attractive perks if you sign up during the wedding showcase

I've graduated happily from Hilton last two week. Mine was a lunch banquet at Vista room.
My coordinator is June. She worked very fast in replying our email. And yes, very experienced too.
My banquet captain is Wai Ling. Very friendly and accomodating to our requests. Service overall is excellent. My guest also feedback to me that their vegetarian meal taste good.
The front desk gave us a helper room with access to our bridal suite. It's was cosy and interior were quite new.
The only demerit is that my guest were unable to find capark lot at the hilton & URA open carpark as there were 3 banquet holding on that same day. As such, many of them came late.
I would highly recommend couple to consider Hilton as their wedding venue.

I attended a dinner for corporate function at grand ballroom. However, the ballroom bad pillars for 25 tables. Good was that they have dance floor. Utensils were dirty and reception area very squeezy. Only thing is that food is good. And ballroom is strange because the floor vibrates quite strongly when the sound system gets loud :/ machiam earthquake

went down to have a look at the smaller ballrooms which were rectangular shaped.. very narrow (vista and panorama)

Went down to have a look too recently and happened that they are going to have wedding lunch. I find the place just nice for 12 tables (vista room), very good and long march in. Bright lights with nice chandeliers. Big and wide reception area. Can consider

Just completed my wedding lunch with my wife at Hilton.
Banquet Captain - Alvin did a fabulous job.
AV team - Salleh was good as well.
Not too much complains, things went smooth.
still in the midst of sorting out some invoicing stuff that seems cocked up but other than that, food is good, ambience is good, overall a pleasant experience..

Hello which ballroom did u use? I'm concerned that the pillars in the ballroom would cause blockage but the coordinator guaranteed that there will be no blockage if it's below 35 tablesJust completed my wedding lunch with my wife at Hilton.

Anyone here has an opinion on one over the other ? I’m having such a hard time choosing between these 2 hotels and was hoping someone could shed some light.
Both have really good offers with similar benefits- though Hilton is slightly cheaper in terms of overall package (3k difference thereabout) with free flow wine but has a slightly dated ballroom in comparison to Fairmont.
Anyone has any advice ? Thanksss !

Just thought I'll share as there hasn't been any recent reviews for Hilton. My wife and I just had out banquet last week.
To quote my wife, 'signing with Hilton has been the best decision in our wedding preparation'. June was our wedding coordinator and she has always been one step ahead of us in everything. In fact, we never had to chase her for anything and she was the one chasing us for replies and confirmations. June has also been very accommodating towards us and we really appreciate it. Everything leading to the banquet was well coordinated and communicated.
Wailing was our banquet manager and she was stellar as well. She guided us through the banquet and was very alert to everything that was going on. She even realized that we had mixed up our tables when we didn't noticed and made corrections on the spot.
Food portion during the banquet was generous and the feedback from our guests were generally positive. We were pleased to find out that they really took note of our feedback during food tasting and made adjustment to the food accordingly.
There were a couple of minor mishaps, but nothing to be upset about, after all, no wedding is completely smooth. We feel that overall, we are very satisfied with how everything turned out. If you don't mind the pillars in the grand ballroom, then I think that Hilton is a great choice for a wedding venue!
