Dear brothers and sisters,

Would like to seek your advise on bank issuing 2nd summon to me

1) I am currently under debt relief plan but due to some reasons i was unable to repay them the min payment this month and they threatened to send me another summon (2nd time)

2) I tried to ask from friends but most of them seems to siam or come out with stupid excuses.

3) My question is what would happen if they really send me a 2nd summon ?

4) I spoke to them to neg for another 2 weeks after i receive my bonus but they are very determined to reject my request.

5) What should i do???? i m confused and can't sleep.

TS is in trouble and confuse please let's not add to his problem and confusion. Some ppl when on the edge and someone injected him/her an idea such as the above he/she might do it.... 1. Seek assistance to your local MP
2. Talk to the organisation you've owe the money and try to have an arrangement
3. Seek legal advice

Ask for pay advancement? Sell some of your valuable things for some cash?

If you offer to return a sum, perhaps lesser than minimum amount, to demonstrate your sincerity?

Have you received your 2nd writ of summon yet?

You can't stop them from sending, it is their SOP for for defaulting of DRP/DMP.

Anyway your bonus will be coming next week right. Just pay off the dues and problem solve. But sad to say, the cost of the writ will be added onto your debt.
