Hi Just want to ask anyone if there is such experience on your case.
Currently my gf ( soon to be wife ) is having a HDB flat with her mum and currently i do not have any HDB flat at all. If i were to purchase a resale HDB now and get the keys few months before me and gf Rom. Will there be any conflicts on both HDB flat?
So far i know one married couple cannot possess more than 1 HDB flat. So will HDB confiscate my just purchase resale? or ask my wife to give up her name or sell on her current HDB flat with her mum? or stay status quo until they finally realised? Lolx... Anyway her mum refused to sell the house and there is no way she can top up the CPF which my wife had contribute over the years.
