Yeah well, molested by a beauty for a guy who is in a shock from the action and afraid of getting STDs from it is kinda different.

Crystal, i had a similar situation as you, in my case i left the house after trying to stay on for 4 months and it was torture, facing him and his lies, not knowing what to believe in, it was hard, so i understand what you are going through now.
When i discovered my ex having an affair with a mainlander colleague,i was 35 yo too, and with no kids.
Its not a strange combination, couples nowadays have kids later and there is nothing strange.
I am waiting for my last ancillary hearing, and hopefully conclude my battle for a justifiable distribution. Wish you and me luck, i am sure the best is yet to come!

The cost actually depends on which path you take, how far you want to go and how long it drags on.

If you really want to, and if you are able to do so, you can apply for a divorce yourself. In legal language, this is known as ‘acting in person.’
But you will not be exempt from the legal, procedural and formal requirements of conducting Court proceedings. For example, you must ensure that the documents you file in Court are in the correct format, that you have paid the correct filing fees, and that you have filed your documents through the Electronic Filing System.
Most importantly, the Family Court cannot give you any advice on what you should say or do. Only a qualified lawyer can give you independent legal advice on the merits of your case.
