Tis is not abt me but rather it is my bf's issue...
He has access to his kid while his ex wife has care n control.
Recently there has been lots of issues regarding his access
Today really is the final straw... His access by court was supposed to be 12pm on weekends to 9pm. His ex wife for the past few mths will change n say due to school day the next day(mon), she told him to pick her up at 11am n return her at 8pm. Today his kid told him on the phone tat the pickup timing will be 11am. So when he arrived at the pickup location no one was there. He waited nearly n hr n had made several calls n texts but no one responded. Now his ex wife says tat their kid's word doesn't mean it is her word n tat the court paper already stated timing to be 12pm. She challenges him to file against her. My bf really wans to file, but i will like to hear some advice n opinions from u guys.
Hope to hear from u guys soon!

Hmm sounds complicated.

How long have you been with your bf? How old are you both? You sure you want to be involved in something that complicated?

I'm sure ur Bf knows what he should do best.dun have to worry too much abt the situation.let him sort out the issues himself.afterall it's still an issue faced by him and his ex spouse.all u can do is to stand by him and support his decisions.

Sorry about late reply to help. Ask your bf to stick to court order timing and to refuse any change. Any changes on her part, he can refuse. Any refusal on her part to comply with court order, call the police in, show the court order and demand that she comply. Police will have to help this kind of case. If she wants to change timing, tell her to go to court and apply. If she can't play nice for the sake of the children and want to give problems, there is no need to compromise anything.

Let your boyfriend handle it. It's his son, not yours. (Sorry for being direct)
If he want to file against her, so be it. He should of all know what to do. You shouldn't be worrying for him.
