Would need some help on divorce matter.
i've gotten my final judgement, as i'm below 21 when the flat was applied, i'm considered an occupier and only granted to a min sum after the flat is sold in the open market.
i've checked with my lawyer and he told me to coordinate with my ex myself for the payment to be made to me after the flat is sold, is it usually the case.?
The court order was in Sep, and he's not taking action on selling the flat, where can i go to file against him if time given to him is up and the flat is not sold.?
Do i have to spend and engage a lawyer again,?
