ohhh...i need help from u girls..u know ...my bridemaids n some auntie(relatives) and my mum would also need some professional make up and hair do... budget abt $60 or $68 sorta..

can do abt 10 pax in the morning n 10 pax at nite..like a team of make up artist..anyone u can recommend??

I am back from my wedding. We had a very beautiful and pleasant wedding last Sat on May 5. We were so pleased with the service which Conrad has provided. The whole wedding flowed very smoothly and according to our plan and all thanks to the banquet manager and all staff on duty that day. We were very surprised and happy with what the hotel has provided us upon our arrival. We were so happy and enjoyed ourselves throughout the whole evening. I would like to specially thank my coordinator as well. She has done a great job and gave alot of advices to us. She also tried her best in whatever she can do and we are really very satisfied with her service. I highly recommend my coordinator to whoever who is interested to have their wedding in Conrad. Glad that you've a wonderful wedding.. oh, you are the couple who danced at ur dinner? I met up with my coordinator on 5th morning, then she brought us to see the ballroom as your theme is the 2-tone gold theme which we would like to see ... =)

Hi everyone here!!! i'm oso a conrad bride in jan 08. Can anyone advise which is the most popular theme? and do the coordinator call u up for rehearsal? who will help you play ur wedding songs?

yes, we danced during the dinner. actually the theme color is soothing and I din take much notice during the dinner as we were simply too busy to notice anything. I only see them in my photo which were ready the next day after my ad.

there's actually no rehearsal and the hotel technician will help to play the wedding songs. just tell the banquet manager what you want to play during the meet-up session on your wedding week and they will do everything nicely for you on you ad.

I am considering to held my wedding in Conrad 2008.

Currently, we are in the midst of negiotating. F


We have view the centennial suite which I feel is rather small comparing with other hotel bridal suite. Need your advise. I planning to request for the additional perks during the second round of negiotation.

1) Request the lounge pianist to play during the reception (is there any charges involved?)
2) Coordinator room
3) Bridal suite to be upgrade to executive suite and must be stated on the contract
4)Projector at no cost.

have anyone manage to get it ?

Below are my answers to your questions but only my own assumptions

1) the pianist has some timing to play the piano and usually he plays during the reception too
2) you can try to request and you may have to trade off your current perks for this and again, it depends on the room availability on your ad.
3) I don't think it is possible to indicate this in the contract and you will only get to know on your ad about the upgrade and again, it depends on the room availability too.
4) This is not possible unless maybe you have to trade off your current perks for this.

For the convenience of all, let me just put the package pricing of Conrad here for 2008 weddings. 1) Weekdays (Mon-Thu): $928+++ and 2) Weekends (Fri-Sun, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays): $1138+++. Take note that there's 12 pax per table.

Conrad has a really beautiful lobby and reception area...it's exclusive as there's only 1 ballroom...the entire feeling is just so grand.
