Color of ink of pen used for signing on marriage cert

Hi,

May I know if the color of the ink matter when signing the marriage cert?

I went to verify my documents today and I was told that I need to sign in black since the copy will be placed in the archive.

Are there ppl who sign in blue ink too?

yes, gotta sign all the documents in black ink... it's stated in the instruction manual

Its better sign with Ball point in heard ?? but yep , black ink is nneded =)
