pink, it takes a while for plane to land lor.. be patient.. or else, u take tons of pineapple, liang teh, grass jelly, ice jelly, etc.
if u like only chicken egg hor, can skip the rest of the ingredients and just do it with the beaten eggs and water. but remb to add some light soya sauce, hua tiao jiu n sesame oil to season lor..
i got no choice but to cook coz the nite b4, went back to my parents' pl for dinner. den my dad force me to tao bao the veg soup back, take the fish and the eggs back home. so bo bian, mite as well cook lor den waste the food.
n i hv absolutely no idea where u can buy those salted eggs n century eggs.. think in the mkt, the stall owner which sells eggs should have thou..

found 4 places: mei zhen xiang, crystal jade, harbour city restaurant & got one i saw from the newspapers, made in HK then air flown to SIN (or so I think), & sold in a few places (but it's damn ex, $62!). will buy either from crystal jade or harbour city ba

anyway. calamari!
clean and slice sotong into rings. then soak in guni for a while. not condensed milk please. mix flour and paprika together, then put sotong (without the guni) into it. then fry. simple bo? can add salt and pepper into the flour mixture also if y'all want
