aiks.. i just did a self reflection and realise i am being irritating again.. paiseh... i couldnt help it.. its too addictive being annoying and irritating to a pest that is harmful.... smack!
how come u ladies never do pilates. good for health. i guess once my vit $ go ups. i will signed up gym membership and do pilates..lots of XMM there.. kekeke
Mark,
I tried pilates years ago. Find pilates' moves tougher than yoga generally. Pilates seems to need more balancing efforts than yoga.
Where got never? Hehe we have Heart and Eevore on pilates course now. I'm on yoga course now.
My calif member still exists but I find it a chore to travel to town to attend its classes. You work and stay in town, all the gyms are convenient for u
pilates is boring for me... i went to the class once at fitness first and nvr went back... not my type of exercise.. i prefer body combat and body pump~
Mark,
They oversign customers and overcrowded on wkdays argh. Go class, must queue outside at studio door 20min in advance and dash into studio when the door opens. If not, no space for u.
no consistency in their membership fee.. unprofessional... showed me black face when i said i nid one day to consider, i came back the next day to sign up and was charged $20 more expensive because i 'missed' the special deal.. TMDz... i rather spend $50 more go fitness first...
Hair for Hope 2009 is an event, which invites members of the public to shave their heads to show their support for children with cancer. Through this symbolic gesture, we aim to:
1. Create awareness of childhood cancer in Singapore
2..Show to children with cancer and their families that they are not alone in their fight against cancer.
3. Boost the self-esteem of children undergoing chemotherapy by sending the message that that there is nothing wrong in losing their hair or being bald.
4. Raise funds to help children with cancer and their families
5. Build a community of support for children with cancer and their families.
HfH is the only head-shaving event in Singapore that serves to raise funds and awareness of childhood cancer. Every shaven head represents an understanding by an individual of the ordeals that a child with cancer is subjected to. HfH also provides opportunity to garner support from the public in the form of monetary pledging. HfH then brings a two-fold contribution: raising awareness and funds for CCF beneficiaries.
The shaving event will be held at Velocity@Novena Square (main floor atrium) on 5 July 2009 (Sunday), and your heads will be shaved by professional hairstylists from L’Oreal Singapore.
