Yes, my 2 friends and I used the fruit mask. It smells like strawberry and gives water moisture to skin. It contains fruits, herbs and essential oils. No chemical in it. Many masks outside give my skin stinging feeling but this one doesn't. It's $27.90 (after 30% discount for members). 1 tube lasts me 3 months, so I find it cheaper than other brands haha.

When you pop by the store these 2 weeks, go to supplements section. They do sell collagen drinks that you are interested in.
 
i think in the mkt many brands lar...but must choose fish collegen cos its easier to be absorbed by the body.of cos more exp..think one bottle mkt rate at least 8 bucks..

dosage is one bottle everyday for a mth..then following mth onwards 2 to 3 bottles per wk..something like tat
 
its the same benefit from any form of collagen..just tat fish collagen easier to be absorbed by human body lor..so i guess the effect will be better...
 
ya.cos as pple age, our body will lose collagen more than our body can replenish n tis lead to older looking n saggy skin...taking collagen will help to replenish the lost collagen

Doll, I drink Meiji's Amino-Collagen. It comes in a small tin. Man, I hate the taste. But you may wish to try their flavoured collagen drink, I think it's grapefruit flavoured. Don't taste that yucky.

After this current supply, I will switch to the pills/capsules type.

Sighted a man at the MRT station last evening using his index finger as toothpick. Apparently, he dug his at his mouth and sucked at his finger for the food crumps found. Super appalling!!!

Doll, it takes skills to dig out food crumps from one's mouth using fingers. Luckily, the man never flick away the crumps from his finger. That will be super gross and I pity the one on the receiving end.

A lot of ppl sick with flu and fever these weeks. Bugs spread easily thru aircons in offices.

Me so sleepy today. Slept only at 3am. My Dark Knight movie yest lasted 2.5hours, longer than expected!

Doll, do bring along a table tennis bat in future. If someone ever flick the food crumps from his/her fingers at you, use the bat and smack it back to him/her...lol.
 
Dragon and mayi please take care...me too recovering from soar throat. I have taken a very effective chinese herb powder...if anyone of you is interested. i can recommend u the brand. i got it at Brickwork area aka ABC market.
