Erm..for rom I'm not so sure about the additional perks.. but I find their packages quite attractive I've went down before to take a look and i really like the creek n level 8 poolside. u may want to go and have a look since they will b bringing us to tour around.

I booked e 12.30pm time slot. e previous time I went to meet the asst catering manager i didn't manage to see e bridal suite. I hope they are flexible in e perks...

I met with angel previously. Erm..I didn't think she's very flexible in e perks..I hope this sat will b better! Level 8 is nice! But she did mention if guests are ard they can't chase them away so there may b other guests during your solemnization. But for level 1 creek they van close e door n prevent entry. But level 1 more mosquitoes.. I'm thinking of having my solemnization at level 1. It has its own gate for yr bridal car to enter!

just curious...how many pax did u all invite for the lvl 1 creek pool event? Is it overcrowded in ur personal opinion?

I'm doing my lunch straight after e solemnization so only close friends n relatives who arrive early will attend e solemnization. I dun have a rough estimate of number but if u dun mind guests standing around.. it shld not be too packed. I booked e creek which I think is bigger.

Hi all, I'm having my ROM in less than 2 weeks at the Creek Pool level 1. Reason why I chose VHC was because after sourcing for many outdoor places like chalets and clubs, none of them allowed dogs. Only VHC allowed me to bring my dog along for my solemnization. My initial coordinator was David who has left for another hotel (wonder why...) and now Lynette is taking over his clients. So far we haven't met her in person but she sounds very friendly on emails and phone calls.

However I have to warn couples about their florist vendor - Ronce Envy Creation. Their service is horrendous! The one who liaised with me was Roy and he has given nothing but headaches and endless waiting. Less than 2 weeks to our ROM and countless whatsapp/emails/text, he has NOT replied to us nor confirmed our decor setup!! I am hot on my toes for even trying to contact him! I have fed back to the hotel and they would look into it. But seriously, if they screw up anything on my ROM, I will make them pay!

hi rachelyn , I had my solemnization at CVH as well last year December. Roy's replies are indeed very slow , or even ignored my msg sometimes. So what I did was letting my coordinator (peiwen) knows my concern and it turned out to be very smooth on that day . No screw ups eventually . Do let your current coordinator know about such situation and they will help u through . wishing u all the best and happy marriage ! =)

As for the guests, do they really do a strict headcount and charge accordingly?

My coordinator told me lunch time will be hot, not recommended to hold lunch at level 8. Also, the pool won't be exclusive for u as guests are still able to swim in the pool during your ceremony.

I would have loved to have my wedding here, just that not available on my dates. I think the venue is pretty and the cost is reasonable.

I would also like to add that their dinner buffet for solemnization was superb! Never have I enjoyed buffet food so much before. Even my guests agreed that the food was delicious. Very generous portion also.

Hi,

I have a solemnisation package bought at Changi V hotel, the top floor with swimming pool, which can cater between 60 to 100people. It is for any date from now to Oct 26 2015. I signed up for the package with my boyfriend but unfortunately my grandmother passed away, and I cannot hold the solemnisation till 1 year later.

Would really appreciate if anyone can take over my solemnisation package.
