to my advise, don't take detox thing to lose weight. To detox our body, we shd go for natural intake like fruits, fresh squeeze fruit juices.
Doc actually gave me a formulae of detoxification before.Is 3 days continuous detoxification method.
Day 1:
Fresh squeeze orange juice
2 slices of papaya
2 slices of wholemeal bread
dinner can take salad (raw vege only - no topping)
Day 2:
Fresh apple and carrot juice
1 banana
salad for lunch
3 eggs (only white - hard boiled) - this is to replenish on protein
1 cup or soya bean milk or beancurb
Day 3: flush out all the toxin day
fresh squeeze celery+green apple juice
oatmeal with egg for b/fast
1 whole apple + 5 grapes for lunch
dinner will be green vege, boil or steam and 1 scoop of ice cream (sorbet or yogurt will be better)
Haha..don't ask me whether I strictly follow this menu..my answer is NO WAY
But I tried to follow as much..it really helps..u will run toilet and clear all your rubbish..keke
