My husband and i apply Bto flats and ready to collect our keys,but end up we need to pay cash $23,366.00
Where are to get that amount?We have 4 children and they are grown up.We are putting up at my mum place.And they shared a room.Sometimes seeing them so pitiful.No proper room to sleep they to shared.And no proper study area for them.They hv to sit in their cramp room and sit on the floor.
We did twice appeal to MP Zaqy Mohammad but HDB still declined our application.Ive taken a grant before.My husband is a first timer still not applicable due to our application is in Jan2012.
Their policy to extend the AHG to couples is from Jul 2013.We are still not eligible.Dont expect us to take bank loan.That will be another debt for us.How years to take us to clear our debt ,till we die is it?
Anyone can advise me what should i do?Even Hdb doesnt take our explaination.
