Hi,
I'd like to share my bad experience buying wedding heels at Anna Nucci Far East. When I was trying the shoes, I commented that the heels were too high. The lady then said confidently that it can be cut at "our shop downstairs" and that "many customers buy the heels and cut it downstairs". It thus sounded as though the shop specialises in selling heels and getting them cut at their shop downstairs.
However, she then told me that there was no size and insisted that I pay full for my reserved shoes since "they will belong to only me". When I finally got my shoes more than a month later, another salesgirl of the shop told me i have to pay $7 to get it cut downstairs and that the shop downstairs don't belong to them. The boss (whom I later spoke to on the phone) told me that they "will not be responsible for any damage done to the shoes".
I felt thoroughly cheated since I had to keep nagging them for my shoes and then find out that whatever the salesgirl had promised were all lies. The worst thing was that the boss told me over the phone: "The girl is new. There's nothing I can do about it. I cannot make all my customers happy."
So the moral of the story is,
DO NOT PAY IN FULL BEFORE U GET THE GOODS. Or u will have to endure lousy service and attitude and most likely suffer for it.
I hope i'm the last one to get cheated there... just sharing so that other brides to be can have a happier experience buying shoes.
