Have anyone of you have bad experience dealing with venue provider ie hotel and but is stuck with them as you already signed and paid for the package?
I signed up for intimate rom package with sofitel singapore and up to now, the services we got from them is really below par.
1) until now they can"t confirm which villa i am getting hence can"t print out invitation card and was told that will only get the villa a day before the event
2) lousy service from the wedding coordinator. I guess we are not the vvip who actually go for banquet and bringing in $$, the services provided was not satisfactory at all. I once requested my wedding coordinator to arrange for all my 24 guests to be seated on the same long table for the dinner post solemnixation. It took her 2 days to revert with a NO without further explanation. I have been to the restaurant at illido and i think it is definitely not difficult to arrange the table for all my guests. And turn out, after few hassling, she said Yes. Is this the sop in spore that requests will only ve attended to after much hassling.
Not to mention her snail speed in responding. Do not expect prompt reply from her. She wont even give u an acknowledgment upon receipt of the email and take days up to weeks to respond. But when it comes to billing, she is efficient. Make me wonder is all money that matters?
