Bad experience with butterflies and cakes

I'd like to know if any brides to be signed up with butterflies and cakes only to have their contract terminated by them?

I'm facing this problem where they are not returning my deposit back and despite numerous attempt of emailing, no reply. Called them up said will find out and get back to me within the time frame but no updates came.

So many things to do for a wedding planning and this kind of matter is the last thing you want.

Any bride to be, if you face the same problem as I do, please let me know.

Hi, I also engage Butterflies and Cakes. I'm also waiting for chasing their reply regarding abt my contract too. I engage them for wedding planning and also financial assistance. Heard that they are either closing down or will be going bought over by another company. now I haf to postpone my banquet and find another alternative. Sigh~

btw they just terminated ur contract? So far wat did they do for u?

Jessie, please do not engage ANY of their service. Up to date, my money is not being refunded yet despite the accountant telling me she will deposit the cheque last friday! Any other brides facing the same problem?

I just called in and their phone all has been temporarily suspended. Looks bleak now....

Wow.... I'm sorry that all these is happening to u guys manz.....they just did my wedding last sept and it was fabulous....

Yea maybe CASE wld be a good idea...
