We attended a wedding some time ago (but can't recall whose) and the JP that the couple used made an impression on us. This JP is rather elderly but very humorous cos he cracked some jokes in-between the solemnisation process that made everyone laughed. Any one knows who is this JP? Appreciate your reply. TIA
