not zhu chuan mi fang lah...juz dat saw u mention to tootie dat u drank the lemon panadol thingy for cold and bery nan he so teach u a better way to drink lor....cos dat time i oso drink but hate the taste so added honey to make it like honey lemon drink and so easier to drink lor...must be hot hot though....but if u got phlegm den u better avoid the honey lor cos it makes u haf more phlegm...but if yrs is dry cough, den can add honey lor...quiet effective i wld say.
