ya alicia.. u mus eat healthily cos if not ur metabolic rate wont increase and u cant burn fats.. i have a personal Nutritionist (which is from my company..haha, so FOC for advise) and i eat according to his advise and oso the yishi advise.. both say for breakfast mus eat high protein food so that we can burn more fats thruout the day on wat we eat later... rem to look out for the nutrition facts label when u buy food or drinks.
so even if u do exercise, u wont lost much weight cos u cant burn much fats..
