bboy,
how did u go abt “chionging 1st†and how are u coping so far?
i want your friend’s kind of luck too! haha…Talking abt experience, there was an article in TODAY….“Experience is an over-rated value. It’s not the most impt criterion for hiring...If experience is handled properly, it can be a great learning tool. The condition is that you do learn from it, and change your ways to make better judgments in the future. Too often, experience merely compounds the bad habits and such confidence of "I am right", not that of "I have much to learn". Having simply done something is no proof that you have done it well. The most important reason for hiring inexperienced people is that they come without the baggage of the culture, the beliefs and the dogma of the existing lot. They see with a fresh eye. They can be creative. They get the business onto a new track. Employers must be shown that lack of experience is compensated for by the ability to see tasks in a new and creative light. This will not change the fundamentally spineless who rely on experience as the main qualification for a job. Changing that attitude requires more enlightened bosses...Experience lends precision to the craftsman's tool, and confidence — but leaves a fool, a fool.â€
