I read about your comments and your checklist is the most helpful! I am currently looking for ID. Just got one quote yesterday. They charge me $800 for haulage fees... seems very expensive and general cleaning of house such as chemical wash cost $350. Just laying of floor protection for my premium flat cos $150. Do they overcharge me? I have yet to bargain with them. Please advise. Thanks.
