Both my bf and his bro liverpool supporters but im a manu fan. hehe.

HDB just release a BTO which consist of 4 and 5 room flats, at Punggol called Punggol Residences. It's minutes away from Punggol MRT, quite accessible.

For those of you who wants to get a flat in that region, can apply now. Application is until 12 Aug 2009.

@Ann: oops what i meant to ask was if your BS is offering you OTR or MTM gowns. If it's OTR i wonder how long the gowns usually stay at the BS before they "retire" them?

Has anyone book for their wedding banquet for 2011 yet? Care to share which hotel is open for bookings now? I heard about Grand Copthorne. Anywhere else?

cocotintin> i think regent is also open for 2001 bookings. for myself, i am holding my wedding in jan 2011 but none of my shortlist hotels have open their bookings.

Im also waiting for my fiance to propose.. haaa.. Though Im going to ROM soon actually.

I dont think the hotels Im keen in.. are available for booking yet.

Sapphire, I think your man will propose real soon cos he has to meet deadline, b4 ur ROM ... hehe... I think mine will propose by next June, since we shld b gg for PS sometime next June.. still sooooo long....
All update and share with us the good news when u've received ur proposals =)

I'm doing mine next year 10/10/2010. What abt the rest of you? have you found a date for your ROM yet (although I know our SO have not proposed, :p)

Hi Sapphire, Hmm.. I've been looking at the following photographers' portfolios like lightedpixel, chris ling & gabriel and we really like their works. We'r lookin at some overseas photographers' portfolio as well,so if we decide to do it overseas, can engage the photographers there.

yes, i read up on bluebay, it's really nice =) their packages look attractive too. but me and htb still debating on where to do our PS...

He's preparing the ROM coz it's going to be in States..and he's there.

wow this thread is moving real fast within a few hours. lol..

Baby pie & Sapphire: Yes I am going to ROM next year Oct 10. Erm.. I have short listed a few chinese restaurants and have finally filter down to 2. Have not reserve the date for 1 of them which I am most likely gonna hold it there. Its a hot date so i just got to block that date real soon, prob after National day. I intend to have a Shanghai Tang theme for ROM and that explains why its gonna be in a cheena resturant. hehehe..

I have not gotten a date for my AD in 2011 yet but I'm looking at the first half of 2011. Will get a master to calculate a date for us after SO propose. :p

Sapphire: its a very nice date you have got for your ROM. where are you holding it at? In fact nov 11 is my SO's birthday. His sis was asking us to get married on 11.11.11 but i thought its abit too late though.. hehe..

Hi pinkglove: you mean grand shanghai? I'm not really looking for a super cheena place but confirm a chinese restaurant because I intend to get a florist to decorate the private dining rooms to compliment the theme better.

I shortlisted Shang palace and have block that date. But sorry I cant reveal the other restaurant I'm lemming till i manage to block the date successfully. But I will share with all of you here once I have confirm the location. I am looking for a decent chinese restuarant that serves fine chinese cuisine, must be in a hotel (so i can do my make up and not melt my make up before the event) and the private dining room must be presentable enough.

Pinkglove: have u book the location for your AD? I'm sorry if you have mentioned that in the earlier post... getting so confused here... esp when the thread is moving so quickly. Did you manage to book your location yet?

yupz, i meant grand shanghai cos my 2 cousins had their wedding there and it's got a nice feel ;)

Nope coco, i have not book any location for my AD cos can't decide on e date yet. but im looking at 2011 nov or dec weekend ;)

- food in nice
- atmosphere is nice and have live bands and singer

Didnt think of having my PS in US... Fiance is working there, hence we are ROMing there for something different.

Pinkglove, wow you have alot of places in mind for your PS.
