Still see see look look ard for the AD PG and VG cos still feeling that its abit early to go and confirm these things and alot of them the pricelist is not out yet...plus if I confirm the PG and VG now then will lock my cashflow... cos want to use the current cashflow to book BS first... then some more also thinking when I book my BS maybe can ask them if they have AD PG and VG (in-hse or affiliated)... maybe got discount since I'm their customer already hehe...
Most likely will be gg to the Suntec wedding Fair to gather information for both the BS and AD PG/VG...

Our ROM getting nearer and today is our 1.5yrs anniversary.... Sad that SO nt in SG and had an arguement with him(becos of his mum)last night.....

alicia>his father passed away since he very young. so current flat is under my SO name and his mum. he changed to a bigger flat so that his younger bro & gf can have own room but who noes they got married after dat and bought another flat near to his house(rebate for them). therefore my SO have to stay with his mum to take care of her.

my ROM is on 15 Nov'08.
 
angel> thanks... Yah, we both noe couple will stilll have some arguement and is another way to communicate and noe each other better... but in our heart problem between his mum and me still have to solve if not will more or less affect our relation.

i suggest that maybe u n ur fh should have a good tok on the issue n find a solution to the prob which is like ways to lessen unhappiness among both u n his mummy as i understand prob usually dun solve rite in a day

we had try many times to find a solution.
We had compromised that i will still stay @ my mum's house after AD. need to take care of her c0s she will be alone @ home. and i will only go back to my SO house 2-3days a week(same as what i doing nw). haiz... maybe problem lies in me. but i feel unfair. dats y i cant tell myself to just give in to my SO mum.
 
u1c0l3 (u1c0l3)> no doubt you will feel unfair, cos your FH's bro is able to move out and have their er ren shi jie. however, there are always 2 sides to a issue. when a couple get married, it's nt juz about the 2 of them, but we also got to look after his/your parents.

put it this way, if the position are being swopped, and you are left with no choice. how will you react in order to please both sides?

my personal view is take pride that you have the chance to take care of your FH's mother.. i was hoping my mother will move in with us but she don wan.

dont be so upset and think of what can we do to make things better rather than focusing on the unfair, as there are never fairness in this world. =)
 
u1c0l3 - still building up the relationship with them. we got no choice but to stay together because they just joined (including bf) to buy a new house, we cant afford to have another place for ourselves after married. well, there are pro & con to stay with them. Have to learn not to overly mind on certain things when stay together.
 
angel> thanks for ur advice... nt only they able to move out. His mum dote them more and allow them to do anything for their wedding even if they dun have money to do it. she will then pay first. after that complain to my SO this and dat.
as for us when we decide to ROM and AD, we happily told her our plan, eg hold a wedding dinner. she jus say she dun wan and we dunno hw tiring it is to have the dinner. My SO say my family wish to have one. she reply if we wan then we jus do it ourself, she will not attend the dinner nor invite any relatives. i was so shocked when i heard dat. and dat really hurt too. she always make bad remarks abt our plan. we had already change alot of our plan becos of her. i dunno why she is doing all these to us but nt to his younger son.
btw we are using our own money for our wedding.
 
u1c0l3 - Can understand how u feel when your MIL negatively responded to the wedding plan of urs especially she said she wont be attending the dinner or invite relatives, thats really hurting.

btw, ur MIL awares that you 2 are using your own money for the wedding?
 
mm&pw> SO & me have the same thinking, dun wan to use her mum money for our wedding. so we had already told her even b4 we decide to get marry.
