seems like quite a few 20 march. heard its one of the best days in 2010. for me and hubby la.

heeee.. thanks for all of your compliments.. now i have problem with bridal package.. where u all sign up?? cos my hubby and i found a free lance photographer.. then now trying to source gowns individually with make up. but it seems like most of the bridal shop offers very ex wo.. so dunno whether to custom made with those tailor not.. any recommendations??
 
Am letting go my package deposit due to increase in my guest list.

Hi Thomas and Darrel: i make an appointment with MBR on 1st week June to design the gown instead. coz of melbourne trip so abit pai say to take leave. Will go there on the day i come back from mel. Told MBR i would need to go PS by late Sep or early Oct coz Nov/Dec we will be beri busy. My designer said should be in time.

Ur wifey will design in May rite?

yup, my BS will start making my wifey's gown this month, expected to complete in 2-3mths' time.

noticed in the list above u still haven't gotten ur VG yet? I'm currently shortlisting some, will update u soon

i just down-ed my deposit with MM last evening.

Sales manager was so cute. kept asking us what else we wanted instead of us negotiating for more cos me and my hubby did not know what else to ask for. haha

hey when are u guys tking ur PS? My appt to take PS is set on 25 july.. wonder if tht's too early..? but bcos its not in sg, so im afraid that there might be cock-ups, so there'll b enough time to settle things
 
Hmm..my apptmt wif bridal studio for my custom made gown in oct/nov 2009 only....duno if itz too late though. Any opinions
 
valerie > its too late!!!!cos there will def be cockups ! i tnk it wld b gd if u meet them 1 - 2 mths earlier than stipulated date.. its ur big day ! being too early is better than too late

July does seem a bit early, the risk of discolouration of ur gowns is also there cos kept too long before ur AD

valerie: u mean ur MTM gown will only be ready in Oct/Nov? or start making in Oct/Nov?

valerie: start making in oct/nov? it's late leh, u need abt 3mths for it to be ready, by the time it's ready it will be in jan/feb next yr, then u still got PS leh? bear in mind that PS taken liao, pics also need time to edit/choose, u may not be in time to show ur guests ur PS pics leh. For me my wife's MTM WG has started making this mth, my PS will be in Sep. estimated to complete all by Dec latest, I still have 3mths to play ard with. Since our AD dates are the same, maybe u can use mine as a benchmark? Better to have some leeway in case of screwups.

my AD PG is Aspire Studio, VG is Nelson Film hehe. Very happy to get them finally after all our homework done on PG/VG...since ur AD is the same day as mine then I guess u cannot get them liao LOL

melissat: discolouration meaning white will become yellowish...this happens when u store white material for too long. My long-sleeved shirts also same thing, too long nvr wear will become yellowish. If ur PS gowns are diff from ur AD then it's ok, my wife's MTM WG is to be used in our PS so cannot make too early as advised by my BS.

Anyway, u guys heard of Melvin Ho? Am thinking of getting him for my AD as PG....
 


melissat: wow 3k just for AD PG only? that's very steep to me...mine's less than half ur price and we're very happy with his works...hehe. Same as ur PG, our PG is also a member of the WPJA (not easy to get in from what I heard) so quality is assured.

Blog? my wife created a website for me on my BD this yr but it's private, can't share with u all sorry
