Hi Dzxz, I've gotten my ring from Citigems, as my ROM is on March. I love the ring from Love&Co, but their price is rather steep and dun provide free polish after the 1st polish, so i've opt for Citigems instead.

XKA wanna get some things to make bath salts...she say it's from china...see if convenient for you to get for her?

i got my dining set and mattress already...only the few things i mentioned above need to reno...so far haven talk to any contractors yet...start mid march should finish by end march...sofa, bed, wardrobe all have already...most are built-in so the seller cannot remove...even comes with a oven...but dunno working or not...

the owner had an ID design the place so got quite a condo feel...the place is abt 3 yr old with the window grilles 1 year old only...

the home shelter door is hidden behind a mirror wall some more...so really not much to do...rally move in condition but we paid $30k COV lar...

abit of location also lar...just 10 min walk to bedok reservoir...less than 3 min drive to reach PIE...not much view though...but i save alot on reno and built-in stuff...even the master room bed is built-in...

dzxz: love &amp; co has a wide collection of bands but is a little pricey. find eclarity (where i got my rings) equally gd. this place was recommended by other forumers so i went to take a look. found the lady boss very knowledgeable and professional. shop is at shaw centre and need to call her at 98331220 to make appt 1st. can check out their website eclarity.com.sg. another place recommended by some btb is josi gems at park mall but i didn't hv time to drop by when i was hunting for rings. ooh, custom made rings will typically take 3 mths so do drop by the shops early. me and htb (at that time) didn't know, and only started to search for rings 1 mth b4 our ROM. lucky we wanted classic rings, so she managed to get it done in a mth. hope this helps.

hi vallous! Thanks thanks! I didn't expect anyone will like to read cos' it tends to be very long. I love to keep it very very detailed so that in future when I look back, I can remember even the nitty gritty details.

Likelihood is when my cousins/brothers get married, the adults will start asking me what I did etc. I better have somewhere to jot them down.

I guess probably I am an Arts student, thus, writing more isn't difficult. In fact, sometimes I smog too much during exams. Haha. But my vocab is really limited. I just use simple words to express myself.

Hmmm... when u sign the document for the house, make sure all the items that is being 'sold' together with the house will be listed in the contract. What my dad used to do is that he'll jus get a foolscape paper, hand write all the items, and at the end of the page get both parties to sign. Best if can take pic. that way you'll know what you're buying.

Aroh.. build in bed.. reminded me of that time the residential project tat I did. The Main Contractor do up the show flat, then ID came in to decorate the place. There's this week that I go there's a big concrete slab in the middle of the master bedroom. Ask the Main contractor he say he dunno, the ID cast the slab there, complain some more waste effort doing the timber flooring. In the end the concrete is decorated as a bed.. I was like.. Best.. concrete bed.. 1st time ever I see it man.
