bingo> ya, we were really lucky. They have signed the contract already but something happened so that cancelled. Then so happen, I emailed the hotel 1 week later. But at least you managed to finalise on the venue. That's like the most headache thing... before you can settle that, you can't do anything.
I'm thinking of the live band too but spending too much money now so that would be the least important on my list...
You might want to check with your hotel to see if they have any contacts, and then research on those contacts.
You can play romantic love songs mah... then wouldn't be like D&D. Some don't play throughout the dinner, just 2 or 3 sets of 45 min - i think.
bluesky> I do have a contact, wanted to sign up with him at first but now it's included in my BS. But I think you have to check them out individual and see if you like their style of photo-taking. The guy that I mentioned is Tom Shen Studio. His package is within your budget.
Jaq> I'm going to leave it to them and choose from the 'designated' route cos I know nothing about Taiwan. So better stick to their plan. hehe... I'm just worried that it's too hot in June. My HTB cannot stand hot weather man, he's like a polar bear! LOL
All> thanks for the tip on red packet, I think I have to go back Chinatown again. I've only saw one shop at 'Hong Lim' and the stuffs are a little dusty... haiz... btw, which part of chinatown are you all referring to? It's a little big to explore.
