kaye.. thanks leh.. glad I chose this dress.
That was what my MUA told me exactly when I was worried about the haze spoiling my outdoor solemnisation. He ask me not to worry & said it'll give a dreamy feel.. at the hotel.. we still need to use the smoke machine to create the dreamy effect.. now got natural one. He really knew how to make the negative into positive & eased my worry. I feel so long as it's not so thick & foggy.. it'll be fine.
So, Piglet.. don't worry so much.. anyway.. the condition is getting better these few days.

Since you have already confirmed ur date and BS...think the next step will be to confirm your venue. Then maybe you can start sourcing for ur AD PG and VG.

For me, we used to argue over the wedding preparation cuz i feel that my hubby has this bohemian attitude and left me to do most of the bargaining with the vendors. Like what Mona say, now we understand each expectation better therefore we tried to give in to one another and work together to achieve our objectives.
My MIL is a strict vegan, she nags alot bout us eating meat.. haha.. luckly she don't stay in Singapore hence it make things alot easier.

atrium ballroom is the small one wif the low ceiling right? i'm looking at the canning room but that's with a min of 35 tables... initially thot can meet the no. but know do a mental count, seems like we will fall short
heard the bridal suite is cool..
but after discussion, my ah lao and me decided to take a ballroom we really like..
ballroom is more important ma.. its once in a lifetime
u can always go rent their suite on ur wedding anniversary or something
but u cant hold ur wedding again at another ballroom ..*winks
but its relly up to u both la.......

Hi wp, so sorrie..I'm having my wedding at Raffles the plaza..they have 5 ballrooms so some do feel that it's not exclusive..that's why I chose the Stamford ballroom which is alone at one side one..it has its own reception..but it needs 35 min if I'm not wrong.. but the suite is nice and big..=)

I'm just wondering, do we haf to look for PG n VG so early? R they as hot as hotels? looking for the hotel is a headache for us cos many hotels we're looking at is oredi taken. is it the same case for PG n VG? thats y haf to start sourcing soon?
as for WG n EG, i'm totally lost! there're so many designs, n all look so pretty to me! haha... but i guess not all looks nice on mi as well...

As for the ID, I havent decided yet because I have a very tough nut to crack, that is to make it "Country" theme but not too much. A little of victorian and comtemporary!
I have been reading up alot on the reno talk. Knowledge is gaining, but most likely will not employ an ID as I am designing it with my finance Bathrooms of Hyatt and Conrade, bedroom and living room of a victorian, study room like a mixture of victorian and country side, kitchen like a restaurnt, and dinning area like a cafe. Making all these happen just for the nest of a lifetime!

Have shortlisted Silverlining but yet to sign up with them as Jit(of SL) says we still have time. The rest like VG and AD PS not settle yet. Still hesitating to get VG or not.
Hotel also another problem, we've shortlisted Meritus Mandarin but last Tues when we went to see their ballroom deco setup, it was abit disappointing leh, didn't seems like the photo that she showed us..
