I think it's a good idea having semi-matte for the whole house.

Once i went to a friend's house and her living room has super glossy tiles. Urmm, can see panties (for gals wearing skirts) reflected!!! Very embarrassing!!!

Miaka: I used to swear by glossy tiles. Then hor, I saw semi matte and fell in love with them!! So I would go for semi matte. Doesn't look so artificial and easy to maintain.

it's HKD200 for a set of 4... using the current exchange rate, it's abt SGD41.00, which means 1 pen cost SGD10.25. dats excl. courier charges. i've checked the hkg speedpost cost + box about HKD120.

so total cost HKD320 = SGD66 ---> 1 pen abt SGD16.50.

snowiee, frankly i am really the slowest among u ladies. to date, i have nothing to update

my hubby dun wanna do anything during the 7 mths! and this yr have 2 lor!!!!! me getting exasperated and he so cannot be bothered *sob*

that's means we have not done any location viewing except to ask for quotations from 3 hotels. well, if all goes well, most likely 29th dec is my wedding date and that's all i can provide

on the topic of flat... i totally agree wif u ladies abt pple giving up and then depriving tthe chance for those really keen. in fact my queue no. is very far back too, by the day it's our turn to choose, the highest is 6!! however juz b4 we go in for selection, think someone who had chosen the level 10 unit gave up, so we quickly grabbed it liao. talk abt being lucky man!! sigh~~ but that's the highest lor, i actually wanted level 12 and above one. and then the next WIS, some of the high level units was released... so irritating

hey cactus_79, good bag on the Shang!

I say that only because fiance and I came reallyclose to choosing the Shang but in the end, we went with the Fullerton because of its setting and location (nearer the clubs/bars for partying after).

A week after we signed with the Fullerton, the lady we were dealing with announced her resignation. To be honest with you, i was very annoyed and disappointed that she'd known the whole time she was going to leave. I haven't yet met with the new co-ordinator but a place like the Fullerton can't afford to be sloppy or get slagged off or so I'm hoping!!

Ok, i'm a little late coming into the this conversation (rather sua-ku with this forum-chat-posting business). I'm getting married on 8 Sep 07 too! I'm so excited but apart from the hotel venue, we haven't done anything else! I went to see Irene's Creation a couple of times and I like the fact that they let me play dress-up with the stuff they had hanging on the rails for over an hour!

Jenn, I don't know what your abbreviated headings mean (I can't contribute?!). I hope there's enough info in here, otherwise, I'd be happy to share more, just tell me!

I was thinking tat glossy tiles look very shopping centre-like, so I not very keen abt it, i also prefer semi matt but 1 contractor who came up my place to take a look suggest glossy tiles as he said tat it will make my house look brighter, so i am still considering.

i'm still unsure as to getting laminates or tiles for my bedrooms, but most likely not getting parquet.

we ever approach Cis33rn(replace 3 by e) also,the coordinator that we were with,is quite nice,he always followup with us,but bec they didnt give us any drawings to see,thus diff to determine hw's their ideas is,thus in e end,we gave up.
also,we find their quote slightly higher den what we wanted.
wat theme are u lookn at?

the free talk will be held at taka,nxt wed,there is no1 to ask u to buy any products,u can leave anytime u wan.the talk consists abt wat type of food we shld avoid,high/low gylcemic food is good/bad,why starving is not effective for slimmn.
