yeah jazol, some people just want to say something, either to prove that they are conversant or that they can't sit there and do nothing. Since everything is well now, you can proceed with other stuff with ease.
piglet, I had tabulated the figures and the number of cards are sufficient for both relatives and friends. My dad, though being the elder bro, tends to listen to this younger bro most of the time. I was quite fed up when they have so much to say that I simply "shut my ears off".
2 months ago, I had called all my relatives up personally to inform them about my wedding. My dad's side has plenty of excuses: "why on Friday?", "why so early?", "I can't rem many things nowadays, we shall talk about this later." etc My mum's side, on the other hand, were spontaneous and said ok right away.
Relatives always have this perception that they are "oblige to attend", not like friends who can reject (though some may come up with funny excuses as well). Things get harder when I'm not close to my dad's side of relatives. haiz...
Ok, I shall go ahead to give. Thanks jazol and piglet.
