Just another question, when will we need to deliver the cakes and invitation card to our relative? As our GDL is only 1 to 2 week before our AD, does that mean we only pass the invitation card so near to our wedding date?

thanks so much for all the advice on wat to bring for PS... now waiting excitedly for wed. Praying hard for good weather. Think i will bring a minifan, water and slippers. Was wondering whether i need to bring a big big bag hehe....

How come you all can get your photos so fast?? I tot they take 3 mths??... hmm... so envious hor u all choosing so many photos... mi and HTB had decided not to top up any amount for photos liao... at most exchange items for photos... currently our choice is either 30 pics for 10R or 24 pics for 15R. And it's those normal kind, not magazine kind... sigh... guess i will have a very hard time choosing.

u should have requested when u went down to order lor..hehe...tell them u wan to order cakes from them but duno how it taste like..that time when i went down, mayb i was lucky lor, they have 2 walnt cakes left so they gave me one as complimentry lor

Yup, you can choose to pass the cake and card together to you rrelatives since u are distributing cakes to them.They would have know your weddign by now =).

i think HIA was not wrong to tell you that you must have 35 tables to get the 2 complimentary table during the wedding show, so in total you should have 37 tables excluding the 2 reserve tables.

i think i should have the copy of the contract, but its at my hb place. if you want i can ask him to pass to me and i can fax you a copy.

Wah! I tell you, just now I encountered a total b!tch. She called and was looking for my MD who is not in yet. Thus I took down the msg, and when I asked her for her company name, she retorted "I think there must be a problem with your hearing. Can I speak to someone else?"

So I transferred the call to another colleague. When my colleague asked her for her telephone number, she replied "Could you check with your colleague whom I spoke to earlier, who apparently has a hearing problem?"

That was so uncalled for?! I am still in a daze. I cannot comprehend how there can be such a mean person?!

Hey bsproffy, don't worry, won't copy exactly the ring la, will make slight changes. Of course if Josi can come up with a nicer ring design then we'll consider getting their design instead. The cartier and flower rings are just a backup cos we went to so many places like lee hwa, goldheart, tianpo etc etc and we didn't find a single one we liked.

And those BS that didn't let me try on the gowns (like b. veil and blush2), straightaway delete from my list. Not accommodation at all one. If you're not happy with their service for whatever reason then better don't sign up with them. Join us at Ted! haha!

we went to GHA @yishun last nite.. really very disappointed... cos we made the effort to go all the way there.. n then.. the service we got is really very lousy.. basically.. not interested in our business.. probably.. they think we could not afford their service.. cos we were dressed very causally.. hubby went down in his bermuda n sandals.. we firmly believed its their lost.. cos even if we din sign up with them.. at least we wont leave such bad feeling about them...

but in your contact hor, how many did you signed up for?

for me, we signed up 35 tables, and get 2 complimentary tables loh. then there will be 2 reserve tables, but if not opened, no additional charge.

but now we also got problem. we need to top up at least anothe 5 tables to the existing ones. so hopefully need not add on more cos the biggest ballroom can only accomodate 46 tables.

I will be doing own ang bao box... actually i did a lot of things.. to save money =P I did my ring pillow liao. This dec going to do corsage and ang bao box. Will be using those A4 paper boxes and wrap up then use some lacy ribbons + flowers to deco lor..
