apple, honestly, depending on the BS you are looking for.. some of them may have promotion during bridal shows begining next year.. so, if those you bio-ing got such shows, you can wait til then..

but if you are looking at BS which allows you to bargain now and then, you can sign up with them anytime.. but not before you confirm with other btb from the BS that you are getting better perks, if not the same..

we din ask but my FMIL brings up the topic herself.. but i think most of them will give DIL some welcoming presents lar..

actually she is ok with me choosing white gold and diamonds.. but of coz she thinks yellow gold better lar.. and then after i scout around, realise that those diamonds i want are really too ex.. and i paiseh to say i want those.. hahaha.. so stick with yellow gold lar.. bf said can buy more yellow gold with the same budget..

never thought of that.. but.. during our ROM...his sis was wearing this big round jade..and she said it was granny who gave it to their mum during her wedding.. and the mum actually hang the jade like an ornament at home.. so i dun think MIL will ask too much..

reimion, they will b having a new ballroom which caters to min 30 to max of 40 tables. I will be taking that new BR. That ballroom can be used as a drama theatre and hence sound system and stage should be quite good. I saw the layout, pretty impressive.. That's y i shortlisted that GWP.

My photoshot includes my actual wedding and evening gown, 1 outdoor gown, 1 kua and 1 casual.

Just came back from my fitting. Very satisfied except that both gowns especially my wedding gown needs alternation cos I lose some weight. Yippie! Chose my outdoor gown too! My designer and coordinator are simply terrific! Attached is my wedding shoes..Lucky for me, the shoes can be matched to all my outfits so no need to buy extra pair! O ya, did not take pics of my outdoor gown cos camera low batt liao!

Will take when I go for my last fitting before my PS.

My hubby says that i am more decisive now compared to then..haha ..coz i just saw sam wong for photography and since we both like him, we confirm him liao without seeing others!!

Starrystarry, sophia's package quite expensive..they have the S$3988 i think but no car and oso not veri comprehensive..their comprehensive starts from S$4988 i think if i remembered correctly but think can still bargain one!!!

But i heard some bad reviews that they are a little pushy...and their evening gowns selection not too wide..but alas, i loved their OTR, suppossed imported gowns...u got other BS to recommend me?

I going to Japan for HM too. The main part is Hokkaido for the winter festival! Heard that it really cold and it will b my first time going to a winter country. Pretty excited too. I going on a Free and Easy trip. Dunno will it be tough or not.

limko, dun think its v convenient. mayb u can chartered a BUS to chauffeur your guests to & fro to Khatib MRT Station?? Definitely gotto spend abit more since u are having an outdoor solemnisation and the location is so beau.

Hazel: Hee... Someone thinking of me or my photos??? I have yet to chose my photos coz i still have another PS (OD) this Thur... My BS set the date to chose the photos on 4th Dec...So i'm keeping my fingers cross that it won't rain this thur, if not got to postpone everything again...

Lipstar: I also choose my OD gowns a few days b4 the PS..Guess it works this way for most BS.

Idyll: I love your rings... Initially wanted to get something like yours, but FH thinks that it's not suitable for everyday wear, so just drop the idea...

That is how I feel abt Sophia too! only love their gowns ..Heehee! Their designer told me that OTC gowns are made and imported from Taiwan. Evening gowns, I think are locally made coz remember it is stated as MTM in the package..and I personally feel they pale in comparison to the OTC..maybe the OTC too pretty liao!! Heeheee!
I went alone to their shop..and they kept asking me why I didn't bring my FH along!! Hahahaha! Think they can be very pushy if they want.. but still feel that they are the better ones in that area..they did indicate to me that there are rooms for negotiation..when I bring my FH down to discuss..heehee!
