I think it's easier for overweight people to slim down. In the past year my weight has increased by 2kg, and all of them are accumulated at my tummy and waist. Now I've reached 45kg and my M size pants feels very tight to me. My height is 159cm.
It's difficult for people like me to slim down. Does your friend have similar height and weight as me? But from the talk with the consultant on the phone, I wasn't very confident of it.

I'm 153, I weight 51kg, that would make me a hulking hippo by your standards.
In fact, I'm determined NOT to go on a diet. Chubby is cute, no?

Yes you're right that we are actually slim. But problem is once we become heavier the fats will be accumulated at the tummy unlike most people who become fatter on a whole. I guess only those who encounter the same problem like Beckie can understand me.

Recently Beckie and I went for a slimming program and it turn out that the beautician has the same body type as us. I tried because she suggested 3 treatments in 10 days only. After the first one, my tummy unbelievably became smaller and my weight fell by 0.7kg. I don't mind whether my weight will drop; I'm only concerned about my figure. I just finished the program on 5th July, and my weight dropped by 1.4 kg and my tummy went back to how it was a long time ago. My waist now look much better than before. So Catherine, don't worry I haven't turn into a skeleton. After this program I feel that slimming treatments don't have to take a long time and require a lot of money. It is really one of a kind! And it's amazing that my tummy can slim down in just a mere 10 days.

My height and weight used to be 159cm and 52kg.

Like you Catherine, I used to be very satisfied with my weight. I didnt trust slimming programs, but then again I think all our expectations towards our weight are different!

But when my S-size pants started becoming tight, I became alarmed. In 2009, a friend introduced me to this treatment which produced results that are similar to yours, Chin Chin! I think you went to the slimming treatment at Bedok, right? I don't mind my weight going down 1 or 2kg, but most importantly and surprisingly, my tummy and thighs slimmed down too! I chose this treatment because I like the natural way it adjusts our metabolism, this dieting regimen is also very manageable, and I can even afford to eat the things I like. Now my weight is maintained, but if my weight goes up to even as much as 50kg, I'd definitely go back to the slimming place at Bedok!

Yeah, it is a little bit hard to lose 10kg within 3months, but that is not impossible. As long as you have make up your mind and are ready for the challenge and difficulties, you will get the success. I have an experience to reduce 5kg in two month. If you feel OK, you can try my ways.

1. Usually, I didn’t eat anything at supper during that period of time. At 4:00-5:00 p.m. I ate an apple.

2. Every morning, I got up very early, say 6:00 a.m. and I do some exercise, like running and walking.

3. About an hour later after the morning exercise, I drank some milk and ate my breakfast. As for the lunch, I only drank some soup and ate some bananas.

4. About 8:00-9:00, I went to the dance club and dance with my friends. Then I went back home and fell asleep.

personally i take light bfast...normally replace with some protein drink to provide all the needed nutrients....when come to lunch i will have more but come to dinner i will eat smaller portion....if feel hungry...then take protein again...this will helps in long term..hehehe
