My ROM and wedding banquet will be on 25 feb 2017. Just wondering when will be a good time to start choosing re sale house?
Anyone have similar scenario before in buying house way earlier than wedding date?
My thoughts are to quickly start and find one ASAP! I started the process like half a year ago. Till now I still can't find any resale unit that I like. Not sure is it me being picky or what. But now I'm very very worried that I wont have a home before I get married.
what is it that you don't like on the previous unit you saw? the most impt thing to me on resale is the location and price. thats all.
Actually I will be attending HDB seminar this Sat. I will update here on the direct advice from HDB. There was an agent asked me to find only at Oct this yr which I think is far too late for me

My bf and I are planning to appeal to delay the submission of marriage cert before choosing for house. Hope it will be successful
We were told to do it before option to purchase is applied. We are planning to do it before looking for house. So seller wun be worried that the transaction will fall through
I am not sure about your fengshui master. I seen Master Long to calculate mine and my fiance ba zi.Jus curious, do u ladies believe in fengshui? One master told us only NS facing are good units. But nowadays ALL the projects we see are not NS facing. Like that how?

I asked him which hdb location or direction is better for us. He said it doesnt matter since Singapore is so small. On top of that, we can use fengshui items to make us more wang.
I calculated my ba zi with him only and have not sign with him for fengshui package as my house not ready. For our ba zi calculation, it cost $120.
He provide $100 discount I think from his fengshui package if you go through him to calculate your marriage ba zi.
Ps: He lives in a banglow and has a farari car so I believe his fengshui works on himself definately.
