An Chuang?

Hi,

I will be moving into my new flat this month.
My customary will be in June 2015 while we did our ROM in 1 year back.
Should we give up on An Chuang when the normal practice is to do it few days before customary? Can we do an chuang earlier?
What should i do as Hubby did not want to leave the room empty for 6 mths before the customary (assuming we sleep on guest bed)?

The geomancer told us to pick any auspicious date before the customary for an chuang (He gave us three years of auspicious dates lol). Not necessary to do it just a few dates before customary..

if so , can we do An chuang and Guo da li 2 weeks before the wedding so we can hand out the cakes and inviitation cards at the same time ?

I went to enquire Master Long on my wedding date. He said an chuang and guo da li can be done on the same day
