Photographer & VD for AD

Hi all,

My fiancé & I are on a tight budget, since we accidentally blown our budget On the PS.

Can anyone suggest if it's a good idea to go away with the AD PD?

I feel we should have at least have 1 PD or perhaps a photo booth.
BUT... my fiancé say we may not have the budget for it.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Also: has anyone ordered wedding invites from taobao before?

Hello, I do not intend to have actual day videography, so we are having actual day photography instead. it is slightly over $1.5k for 10 hours. and slightly over $2k for 2 photographers, 10 hours.

I realize photographers are really expensive but I found out that if you hire less well known photographers they are cheaper?

Anyways I am still thinking about it?
Coz my bridal shop is offering me a package for AD.... It will end all my worries; But it will blow my budget...

It will definitely be cheaper to hire less known photographers but your photos may not meet your expectations.
For me, since we had no intention of getting a videographer, we wanted to have nicer photographs.

there are a number of photographers out that who can do a 10hr photoshoot for about $1000. You just need to ask around. They are not bad quality as well.

AD PG: Amber from Pierre Ooi Photography ($1588)
AD VG: Wayne Studio - 2 VG ($2088)

Both are for 10-hour service

Think there quite a number of videographer below 1k. met up with a few but hubby didn't quite like their works haha.. yoyostudio charging $800+ if I'm not wrong.

Yeah... Met up with them before. Their sincere and not pushy, just that the video seem very shaky like earthquake on some of the scene.

I went for Forest Production though its bit over our 1k budget for videography. Ideal Films & Alanmitchi video are pretty entertaining as well but too ex.

You are doing lunch? actually if u are not looking to have highlights played during banquet, u might want to consider just getting photography instead

i'm engaging Alvin (Iriswave) for AD videography. For 10 hrs full day package, it's $2 (usual price $2300 but he is running a promotion).
Met up with him earlier this month, and both my fiance and I felt really comfortable with him. For those who are still looking around for AD Videog, can try Alvin.

Just Christopher video haha. We were really impress with his works and enjoy chatting with him. He seems to be more interested in knowing whats gonna happen on our wedding day than talking about his package. Wanted to get their combo package but our bridal already provide us with their own AD photo. ^^

Me too! but I'm still considering whether to get their combo or find another PG...
