What are the activities required for Chinese ROM ceremony?

We are having a simple buffet Chinese wedding ceremony in a private function room which we rented for 3 hours. We have catered a buffet for 50 people. We have planned for the following items:
- Photo booth.
- Tea ceremony to pay respect to elders.
- Couple to feed each other pink glutinous rice balls 汤圆 after signing ceremony for ROM.

Feel free to suggest more ideas to fill up more activities for the 3 hours.
