Before marriage, does your htb tells/shows you his bank account or whatever he has? That is come clean with you what he has?

- Not really. But when you are together for sometime you should already know.

- What kind of Security are you looking for? I was with my hubby when he have nothing and deep debts (which i only found out much later after we were together) I was pretty disappointed in him initially as he wasnt honest enough to share his problem, but I overcome it and been through it with him.
I came to learn that the only security one can give themselve is to have their own assets (money/car/etc...) your own not others... then you will feel the true security. What he have or not, does not really interfere in a relationship isnt it? Just go with what you have and work for what you guys want. Isnt it better?

But I think it's important to know how stable my htb is financially. I got to know my btb's financial status when we started planning for our wedding and buying our house. With his and mine we were able to budgetist our wedding and house financing. We Didn't want to overspend for pur wedding.
