Enchanted Garden Wedding Showcase at Sky Garden Sentosa
At the Enchanted Garden Wedding Showcase at Sky Garden Sentosa, couples discovered a beautiful rooftop garden with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and Sentosa’s firework display, as well as a touching surprise.
On Saturday, 7 September 2019, couples were welcomed into an enchanted garden in the sky at Sky Garden Sentosa’s beautiful wedding showcase. Located on the roof of iFly Singapore, Sky Garden Sentosa’s unique venue combines the best of intimate garden weddings, spectacular views, and the air-conditioned comforts of an indoor celebration.
Couples were treated to a tour of the rooftop space where they could take in the mesmerising panoramic views of the South China Sea. The alfresco garden terrace creates an especially stunning wedding setting when the sun sets over the ocean, painting the sky with romantic pinks and fiery oranges. The alfresco area also features an optional bar and lounge where couples can serve their guests creative cocktails. Indoors, couples discovered a modern venue with a seating capacity of 170 guests and a standing capacity of 300 guests, a comfortable bridal room, and beautiful wedding themes which can be customised to tell a couple’s unique story.
Attendees were in for a touching surprise that day, as the Sky Garden Sentosa wedding team had secretly planned a surprise wedding anniversary celebration with the family of Mr and Mrs Ong, who had been married for 54 years. In a dashing suit and beautiful white wedding gown, the 80-year-old groom and 74-year-old bride moved many to tears as they walked down the aisle and renewed their vows under a twinkling canopy of fairy lights.
Inspired by this emotional demonstration of love which has withstood the test of time, guests had the opportunity to meet the creative team behind this sweet surprise! The team from Sky Garden Sentosa was present that day to guide couples on how to create the celebration of a lifetime at their beautiful rooftop garden venue.
Along with special rates and packages from Sky Garden Sentosa and their partners, six lucky couples went home with amazing prizes worth over $7,000! The lovely evening of cocktails and canapés ended with a bang as couples enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display from the best seats on the island.
