Highlights of The Chijmes Wedding Experience 2019
We spent a lovely time at the Chijmes Wedding Experience and here’s what went on during the afternoon’s wedding showcase.
Early in April, we were invited to the Chijmes Wedding Experience 2019 and had a sneak peek at the venue’s new wedding theme and offerings of the year.
As one of Singapore’s most famous iconic heritage building, Chijmes Hall is a hot favourite among couples. Managed by Watabe Wedding Singapore, the 19th century chapel’s strategic location, beautiful architecture, magnificent high ceiling, elegant chandeliers and charming glass stained windows make it a popular choice for a memorable wedding.
This year, Chijmes Hall is showing its whimsical side with a dreamy palette of coral and blush accented with chic gold structures for an elegant yet regal look. Put together by Elite Flora, a romantic structure in the dreamiest shade of coral and blush, filled with soft pampas grass and sweet blooms welcomed couples at the entrance as they explore the 300-seater venue and its curated list of wedding vendors.
Set down the length of the historic chapel was a long table setting decked out with pastel-toned blooms in accordance to the year’s theme, offering couples a sneak peek at how their wedding would look like. Couples were free to roam around and interact with the venue’s participating wedding vendors including in-house photographer Blisspixel Photography and bridal boutique Ethereal, Kafve Coffee, Kooks Creamery, Autelier Makeup, Substance Films, Annabella Patisserie, Printiculous, Merry Bees Live Music and Amperian.
Aside from these local wedding vendors, couples were also treated to a showcase of international wedding vendors from WedElf at Alcove at Caldwell House, Watabe Wedding Singapore’s second wedding venue. Featuring a one-of-a-kind circular dome, the charming space is perfect for solemnisations and intimate celebrations for up to 100 guests. Couples were free to partake in a humble spread featuring delicacies from Tung Lok Catering as they browsed through international brands such as BVLGARI Resort Bali, Naman Retreat, Danang, The Shanti Residence, The Danna Langkawi and The Oberoi Mauritius.
Couples at the Chijmes Wedding Experience 2019 were also invited to take part in an exciting lucky draw by collecting stamps from each of the international wedding vendors present for a chance to win amazing prizes including the grand prize of a 2-night stay in Babylon Room inclusive of breakfast & spa package at Naman Retreat, Danang.
Lucky draw winners will be announced on 21 April 2019, 6pm, on www.wedelf.com, so be sure to stay tuned to see if you’ve won yourself a prize!
