The Louvre Bridal 2016 Bridal Collection – La Floraison

The Louvre Bridal celebrates the arrival of spring with the launch of their 2016 bridal collection, La Floraison.
Inspired by the love blossoming between a soon-to-wed couple, the La Floraison collection by The Louvre Bridal is full of pretty blush hues, soft textures, and graceful curves that emulate the newly open petals of a flower in spring. Rosy colours mimic the blush upon a bride’s cheek as she lifts her eyes to those of her lover, romantic full skirts fall gracefully to the new grass, and delicate floral lace echo the budding blossoms on the awakened trees.
In keeping with the latest bridal trends, The Louvre Bridal 2016 collection features wedding separates, with a lace crop top and a full chiffon skirt with billowing folds. For the more traditional bride, there is also a pretty off-shoulder gown embroidered with lace and dewdrop beading on filmy tulle. In ode to spring’s romance, the boutique created a princess-like pink ballgown delicately embroidered with trailing floral lace upon its full, layered skirts.
Celebrating the joy of spring and its beautiful blossoms, the designers at The Louvre Bridal created a cocktail dress with a light and flirty air, perfect for dancing under flower-laden trees. Its bright and cheerful floral print gives modern couples a chance to have fun with their pre-wedding photo session, which social media influencer Francesca Tan and her “groom” did on their Thematic Concepts Shoot with The Louvre Bridal.
Thematic Concepts Shoots is the boutique’s hassle-free styled pre-wedding shoot option, for couples who want a fun element in their photos. Having launched different themes last year, The Louvre Bridal’s newest concepts include the Vespa Getaway theme and the Whispers of Bloom theme. In a sunny straw hat and a flirty cocktail dress, the lovely Francesca had a lot of fun during her vintage Vespa Getaway shoot, zipping away in a vintage Vespa sidecar beside her partner, who was dashing in a retro vest. To add to the playfulness of the theme, The Louvre Bridal added an adorable heart-shaped balloon with pink tassels that flutter merrily in the breeze.
Things took a more romantic turn during the Whispers of Bloom themed shoot, as Francesca changed into a flowing pink gown and floral crown. With this concept, couples can see their love echoed in the blossoms used throughout this theme, in the rustic swing covered in flowers, the hanging mason jars filled with colourful blooms, and the grand floral arch against which couples can make their promises to each other.
The Louvre Bridal invites you to let your love blossom too, with their La Floraison collection and new Thematic Concepts Shoot themes. Visit their beautiful boutique to view the rest of the gowns and Korean-inspired suits in their new collection, and speak to their consultants on the perfect way to capture your story.
