The Louvre Bridal’s Love at First Sight Open House
On 16 and 17 May 2015, The Louvre Bridal celebrated their expansion in their Love at First Sight Open House at their beautiful new premises on 69 Kim Yam Road.
The Louvre Bridal has certainly created a lovely environment for brides and grooms to select their perfect wedding outfits and plan their weddings. Months of planning and hard work to design a space where couples would enjoy their wedding planning process have paid off. Bright, airy, and spacious, the bridal boutique is filled with natural light, which softly illuminates the latest wedding gown designs hung on the walls like works of art. Warm wooden floors and cosy seating areas lend the space an intimate feel, whether you are discussing the creation of your wedding with the experienced consultants, or choosing a wedding dress with the help of your girlfriends.
Dressing rooms are hung with rich fabrics and elevated on a wooden platform, to add to that momentous feeling of finding the perfect wedding gown. Upstairs, there is a bridal dressing and hair and makeup room, with an array of sparkling accessories enclosed on glass shelves. The upper level also has a private parking facility, so it is convenient for couples to head off for their pre-wedding shoots once they are ready. The whole space was warm and inviting, affirming The Louvre Bridal’s desire to give couples very personalised service that makes wedding planning easy and enjoyable.
Couples who came for the Love at First Sight Open House were treated to a delectable dessert table of cupcakes, macarons, and other dainty sweets, all prettily set up by Tablette D’sweets. Dedicated wedding consultants showed them how they could create their dream wedding, with bridal and makeup services for casual engagement shoots, pre-wedding shoots, and actual wedding days. To offer couples something new, The Louvre Bridal has teamed up with a trusted styling partner, Le Fairymeadow, to provide styling for casual engagement shoots and pre-wedding videos. They make pre-wedding photography sessions simple to plan and beautiful to experience by taking care of flowers, styling, photography, and videography. Without the hassle of working with many different vendors, couples can enjoy a beautifully styled picnic filled with flowers, and a carefully thought-out storyboard for their pre-wedding video shoots, all conceptualised in the comfort of The Louvre Bridal’s new bridal boutique.
For the Love at First Sight Open House, The Louvre Bridal’s latest wedding and evening gown collection, Chameur, was displayed on the racks lining the boutique, for brides to see and feel for themselves during the event. Featuring trending pastel hues as well as the traditional ivory and white, the 2015 collection paid attention to what a modern bride wants out of her wedding gown. There were sexy open backs embellished with crystal beading, and glamorously full skirts in ombre shades of mint and blue. Lace and satin ribbons also adorned the collection to give it a romantic touch.
The Love at First Sight Open House was bustling with brides and grooms discovering The Louvre Bridal’s personalised services, and experiencing first-hand the beautiful new premises.
