A Springtime Fairytale with The Louvre Bridal
Brides who joined Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa for their wedding showcase on 27 April 2014 were in for a treat as The Louvre Bridal paraded their latest wedding collection during the afternoon’s bridal runway show. Featuring a myriad of wedding gowns in classic and romantic silhouettes and necklines, and evening dresses in sweet pastels and bright summer colours, this collection is perfect for our always-sunny island.
The afternoon’s show kick started as the doors to the ballroom opened to reveal a line of models waiting to waltz in in The Louvre Bridal’s latest wedding collection, Fantaisie 2014 Bridal Couture. A vision of springtime fantasy, the models floated down the aisle and up the stage in big tulle and organza ballgowns with layered skirts in romantic sweetheart and scoop necklines, while brides eagerly whipped their phones out to snap a photo of the gowns that caught their eye.
The Louvre Bridal’s evening collection was a fun mixture of pastels and bold colours in mint green, baby green, fuchsia pink and the all-time favourite, black. Brides had their pick from the romantic ballgowns in tulle and organza to elegant and classic A-line gowns in chiffon to the sexy mermaid and hi-low silhouettes featured at the show.
The models rounded up the runway show with a second set of wedding gowns featuring lace. Lace was cleverly used in the collection to create a timeless full-laced A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline or a sexy see-through bodice with a low sweetheart neckline to enhance a bride’s feminine sensuality.
Thoroughly inspired by the afternoon’s show, brides-to-be in the ballroom made a beeline to The Louvre Bridal’s booth for a one-on-one consultation with their wedding professionals to find out more about Fantaisie 2014 Bridal Couture once the show ended.
