My wedding was over 2 weeks ago, was reading the thread and i agreed that their photography service not very fantatic. My photographer was good and captured many nice shots and we actually paid a few k more to top up the pictures.
However, the weakness is the service given by their photography company. Little touch up done and in fact, the timing was so packed such that they are entertaining a few couples at a time, as such, they cannot focus on serving you and doing the touch up. Sometimes u ask for more touch up, they'll tell u not necessary and so on. My point is since we are paying so much, they should provide the kind of service. We did make separate trips cos they forgot our mini album and this was delayed, so in the end, my parents only got the album after the wedding.
Neverthless, the service by our coordinator Denise was good. In fact, both my hubby and I were happy with her. She's new there, probably only a year but she is friendly, humble and helpful.
