"xi" when is the best to paste it up!

hi all, may i know when is the best time to paste the 'xi' up on the door, bedroom, wardrobe, etc etC?

i pasted mine just 1 day earlier, so it will look new on wedding day... In fact, for the 'xi' outside my main door, i pasted it like 1 hr earlier, coz i scared wait some strangers disturb and tear away before my wedding.. =p

anyway the "xi" at my front door is still there after 1 month. dun think anyone will be so evil to tear away before my wedding, but better be safe than sorry...
