What should I prepare for solemnization?

Hi all,

I need some guide as to what should I prepare for my solemnization.

My HTB and I had decided to solemnize at ROM office in May.

Following are the questions I have:

1)Do I need to prepare angbao for the in-house JP ?
2)Will my guest be seated or standing? Appx 20 pax.
3) is hand flower bouquet a must to have?
4) Does my HTB need to be in shirt and tie and blazer?
5) Do I need to be in a gown?
6) is it a need for an MC to start the session or how will it be?

I have no idea what to expect.

2)Will my guest be seated or standing? Appx 20 pax. seated. they allow standing if there is not enough seats. but not to the point of overcrowding the room
3) is hand flower bouquet a must to have? not a must, but good to have
4) Does my HTB need to be in shirt and tie and blazer? recommended. or at least smart casual (no flip flops or shorts or t-shirt). its a respect to your own solemnization
5) Do I need to be in a gown? not necessary, but something nice and elegant. However I have seen brides with gown too. Just chose one that is simple and doesn't have a long train
6) is it a need for an MC to start the session or how will it be? not required. just get a family member or friend to help out will do

I have no idea what to expect.
