Ways To Slim Face??

Besides slimming my body, i need to slim my face too. Very round... =( Nowadays, i dun even like to take photos or look into the mirror... Sad...

Any effective ways to recommend?
 


its hard to slim face. have u ever seen before those good body guy with chubby face? cos these good body guy had been fat before, then they build their muscles, but cant build the face muscles. it also has to depend on your bone structure. for myself, my face is big. wonder how i slim also cannot slim much. if u have a round structure, it would be hard to correct the bone unless surgery. unless u r talking about double chin and all that, to remove still need to go under knife.

best thing u can do is to use products that claim to slim down the face..a bit warm..but not sure its side effect
 
ppl say my face get slim after i slim down my body, total reshaped!!! if you interested to know how, just PM me...

gua sha facial can help to slim down the face too.. but onli if it's fats. If its ur bone structure that makes it big.. there's nothing u can do abt it.. unless surgery..

My facial therapist (she was formally a nurse in China) taught me some ways to slim down chubby face.. it worked for me.. Let me know if you need more info

for face slimming or contouring, u may wish to try going to Wen & Weng look for Dr Chee. He's very good at it. just a few jabs on the face makes u look wonder. it normally last abt 6mths.

U dont normally need to slim or contour yr face. If u slim down on the whole, yr face will naturally slim down together. That will save u bucks

I am newbie. I have tried the face slimming called 3GRF. I actually took one session of my friend's package to try on the eyes but they were nice to let me have a experience on the face. My beautian did half of the face and let me see the effect...it works. My face actually lifts up and after the whole session my face looks smaller.

Hi I have seen people who do regular yoga exercises take 10 years off their actual age. you can do google to find out more about the miracle of yoga for face to contour it or slim it.
There are very simple facial exercises that you can even do while driving or sitting in the toilet or while you watch tv..hehe

Agree totally with you Sandy. My instructor is 27 yrs old but she look barely 22. Yoga practitioner really does look alot younger than their actual age!

Try using face exercise! It really helps. Like you i have also chubby cheeks and it really annoys me when someone just pinch my cheek. I'm pretty slim and i don't know why i have chubby cheeks. And then i have tried face fitness. It's really cheap compared to surgery. And this really works. I have been using this program for a month and the result was amazing. They provide me with daily face exercise that i could do in 10 minutes and also a personal dieting plan. It's a great package if you ask me. Will be recommending this to all of my friends also. Wow didn't expect to find people commenting on the same clinic (Celevenus) that I go to! I second desdes's testimony on accent ultra. I tried it before and was really great! Not only it shapes, it also firm up the facial contour. But I have now swop to do botox jaw reduction as I dun hv time for accent ultra procedure (which is about an hour). although botox injection doesn't firm the face but it really made my lower face smaller and achieve the same almond shape face. as long as your broad face is caused by muscle and not bone... definitely see wonderful result! the pain is minimal (lesser than normal injections) so it is very bearable.
