compassrose...hi hi...am back in action after my wedding and honeymoon. really got to thank you for the tips os it really did me a greate great favor! I'm glad i did it cos i just can't get nu bra to stick to my skin cos i perspire alot. So the padding really helps.

basically jit listens to your likes and dislikes first before sketching anything for you. If you see anything you like frm mag, you can bring along too for the gown design. I change my EG cos the MTM did not turn out to be what i would like 5 days before my wedding! End up i chose something off the rack. Thus if you are considering off the rack, really have to try more gowns. for my case, i did not try too many of the rack EG. Should have done so in the first place. You have to really ask jit to let you try different style. it is important to try on tdifferent cuts and design so that you know what flatters you and what not. Like e.g. i realise i cannot take lace cos it makes me look aged.And i cannot take embridery and sequins at the bodice area cos it makes me look "messy". Eng up duchess satin and clean cut brings out the best in me. Thus, i opt for details at the back and the bottom of the dress so as not to look too plain too... haha...sounds complicated but totally necessary. cos you want to look pretty mah.

how does SL match up with other BSs like sophia, bridal veil and julia in terms of gown design and quality? budget is not a big problem for me..just must be very sure that the gowns will be nice, good quality, fairly latest design etc....

Yes, SL is certainly intriguing! U will fall in love with their gowns eventhough SL's pricing is on the slightly higer end side. I have mine fully embroidered and had it in a princessy sweet style. Love it to bits.

Yes, my package has only 1 EG. I topped up for Jit to make me the extra Cheongsam. That one will be for me to keep. Some BS will allow u to borrow a few more EGs for the PS, but Jit might not offer this service

Yep, Jit is a very nice guy. Other than his beautiful designs, I chose SL for his friendliness and also the exclusivity. Its very well differentiate from those, erm, along Tanjong Pagar ;-P
