Here at Silhoulette The Atelier, we pride ourselves in our personal touch in bringing you the most easeful experience to make your journey as a bride as comfortable as possible.
Below is the story of Hui Li, Silhouette’s resident fashion designer, and her hearty recount of her experience meeting Iris & her mother. “ It was a warm sunny morning. Silhouette The Atelier had an event up at the Wedding Carnival at RAW.
All was all set and Silhouette’s booth was pitched and ready to go. The vendors braced themselves as the crowds started streaming in. I straightened my dress in preparation for service for the potential brides.
A pleasant-looking lady strolled by and introduced herself to me as Iris. We started chatting, the conversation just flowed. It was almost as if we were kindred friends that have known each other for years.
Iris’s mother joined us and we chatted about everything under the sun, from Iris’s love story with her fiancé and her mother’s love for Christmas decorations. Before we knew it, an hour had passed. Our hearts were full with warm laughter and soul-filling conversations. The event had ended but fate had decided it wasn’t going to end there.
The following week, she turned up with her mum as arranged and picked out our spaghetti lace ball gown, with a gorgeous finishing touch of romantic floral appliqués.
To our greatest surprise, Iris immediately booked both gowns from Silhouette that day.
I was elated to have such a bubbly and easy-going client as Iris and I had hoped to give her the best bridal experience as much as Silhouette could provide.
As for me- it was always moving to be able to service a client with excellence. The satisfaction that ensues from every bride that had successfully eased into her blissful wedding preparations was always a motivating factor. The team here at SiIhoulette always enjoys creating lasting impactful relationships.” .
